The key trait of good white carrot cake is it must be crispy; the carrot cake is wrapped over by a thick slightly charred egg layer. This is a VERY crispy and filled with egg fragrance fried carrot cake. One of the best, if not the best. The winning formula I think is the chilli, as the carrot cake and egg is waxed with a layer of chilli that adds to the savoury.
