The Teochew style of frying kway teo, which is to pre-fry a wok of noodle to have the noodle tossed and drizzled with soya sauce mixture. Has decent “wok-hei”, but I wouldn’t necessary call this the best. However, I would still rate it to be one of the top CKT.
