Another makan blog?

I love food, especially local food. And I believe good foods are always sinful, to begin with. In late 2011, I have decided that I need to do something to my “calories storage” if I were to continue my passion of eating. So I started running, driven by the mantra “Run for Food”. Food is therefore the motivator for my exercise. Over the months, I took up additional forms of exercise, such as cycling and swimming. But I don’t go on diet like most exercise freaks do. The bottomline remains, I have to exercise to clear my “calories storage” for the yummy (and sinful) food.

I created a facebook photo album of all the food I love many years ago. I think it’s time for me to blog about all the sinful foods that I deem worthy of my hard earned calories storage space. There is also a facebook photo album that I have created, on food which I would never waste my calories on (once bitten, twice shy!)
