Noodle texture is QQ but could be more springy, but they serve very generous pork lard which adds to the savoury of the noodle. Fishball is bouncy but quite tasteless in my opinion. If you are after fishball in Fishball Noodle (there are some like me who goes after the noodle), then you can give this stall a miss.
