Has to be one of my favorite char kway teow, and definitely the BEST char kway teow stall in Old Airport Road (yes, Lao Fu Zi CKT can stand one side here). Fried by grumpy old man, this one doesn’t use a lot of sweet sauce, so the wok hei is very distinctive that you can taste the charring and searing of the noodle. The owner dish out CKT with generous sea food ingredients. Prawns are big and fresh, and the sotongs are crunchy. The use of lards complete the dish in my opinion.
