Guan mee pok isn’t as dry as I would like to have (although i recall my first try wasnt so wet) But the amazing part is they can retain the springness of the noodle, despite that. The noodle comes with quite a good spread of seafood ingredients, although the minced pork is still served. I give thumbs up for the noodle texture, and the richness and freshness of the ingredients.

Oh they do serve very nice fishcake, so I would strongly recommend you to order one or two as a side dish to the yummy mee pok.
