I just found out this stall owner has a family of siblings running different carrot cake stall. the lady has two brothers operating in two different location, one at Telok Blangah Crescent (Guan Seng Carrot cake) and the other at Bukit Merah View (Bukit Merah View Carrot Cake). its no wonder when I tried all these stalls fried carrot cake, there’s a strong resemblance across all 3!

The stall serves both white (salty) and black (sweet) versions. Personally the better one would be the black version. the sweet sauce and the plenty of egg fried with the chai po complete the traditional dish.
